Uh, the kids had a great time checking out all the different activity zones. There was loads for them to do, and they never seemed to get bored.

I took my kids to AirHop and was only there to watch this time, so I didn’t have loads of time to settle in properly. The spectator area was decent though, and I could see most of the trampolines without having to keep getting up. The seats weren’t exactly super comfy, but they were fine for an hour. It did get busy and noisy, but I kind of expected that. Overall, it was just nice to have somewhere to sit for a bit and keep an eye on them while they bounced around

I was relieved by how straightforward it all was when we had to cancel our booking. I’d expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but the staff got back to us quickly and didn’t make things complicated. The only slight downside was that the refund took a few days to show up, though I suppose that’s standard. Overall, it was handled well and I was happy with the service.

The tickets were reasonably priced, and I appreciated that the extra charge for socks was shown clearly before checkout. No nasty surprises, which is always a plus. The kids had a great time, so overall it was a really positive experience.

I had a good time overall, but the toilets were kind of hard to describe — just a bit grubby and not as clean as I’d hoped, to be honest.

We used the lockers for our bags and coats, and it was super easy. There seemed to be plenty of room, and I felt good leaving our stuff there while the kids jumped around. Definitely made the whole visit a bit smoother.

I took the kids here for an hour and they had a blast. the price felt reasonable, especially compared to a lot of other places we’ve been. It was an easy, fun way to keep them entertained, and I’d definitely take them back.

Stopped for food after all the jumping. solid. The food was tasty, drinks were nice and cold, and the kids were happy too. Always a win.

I’m usually a bit suspicious when places say they’re “easy to access” because half the time that just means someone in marketing has never tried turning up with kids and bags. But AirHop actually was simple to get to. The signs were clear, it was right where we needed it, and the parking was close enough that we weren’t dragging everyone across a massive car park.

Getting inside was painless too. No weird confusing entrance or awkward steps to deal with, and it was fine with a pushchair. it just made the start of the visit less stressful, which is all I really wanted.

The venue was very clean and well maintained, including the toilets, which is always a plus. Everything felt tidy and looked after, so we had no complaints at all. Solid experience overall.

Before our visit, they got back to us really quickly with the info we needed. I always end up thinking of random questions at odd times, so it was nice not having to wait around or guess. It just made the whole thing feel easier before we even arrived.

We ended up booking after school one day because the kids were getting restless and I’d forgotten to plan anything, as usual. It was open at exactly the time we needed, and finding a slot was really straightforward. Booking was no fuss at all, which I appreciated because I was also trying to sort dinner at the same time. The kids loved it and kept talking about it on the way home, so it worked out perfectly

I went with my 6-year-old and my 13-year-old, it just felt like one of those outings that would work for both of them, and it really did. My youngest had plenty to enjoy, but it didn’t feel too babyish for my older one either. Just an easy, relaxed afternoon out that I’d happily do again

We had a really fun day at AirHop and the kids absolutely loved it — they were not happy when it was time to go! I’m usually quite particular about places feeling clean, safe and well organised, especially when it’s busy, and overall it met my standards. There were a lot of people there, but we could still move around easily and enjoy ourselves. The staff were perfectly fine too. I’d definitely go back, but I’m giving 4 stars because it does feel a bit expensive for the amount of time you get...

We booked my son’s birthday party at AirHop it was so straightforward from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and when I had a quick question beforehand, the staff were really helpful.

On the day, everything was ready to go when we arrived. The kids were checked in quickly, and the party host kept things moving without us having to worry about much at all, which was a big bonus.

The kids had a brilliant time, and the food came out when it was supposed to. If you’re looking for an easy party option that doesn’t feel stressful, I’d definitely recommend it and would happily book again.

I felt confident using the equipment here because everything looked clean and in good shape. The staff seemed to be checking on things regularly, which made the place feel well taken care of and trustworthy...

i went on a weekend thinking it would be packed, but it was relaxed. they did a good job keeping the crowd under control, so the kids had plenty of room to jump around and we never felt rushed. the staff were on top of things and kept everything moving smoothly

We were really grateful to find plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. It made the whole visit that much easier.
